I haven't any good news too. Forum admin wrote to me: "Sometimes this questions
asked but there is no any solution yet."
So I think we should ask Inkscape developers and if there is no way other than
manually it will be feature request.

BTW there is a new nice tool to clean svg

It reduces size of LibreOffice_Initial_Icons-pre_final.svg twice.
