Steps to reproduce with "LibreOffice 3.4.5 - WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) German
UI [Build ID: OOO340m1 (Build:502)]":
1. Open new WRITER document from LibO start Center
2. Click menu 'Help -> LibO Help'
   > Help appears
3. Tab 'Contents -> Text Documents -> Command and Menu 
   Reference -> Menus'
   Expected: all menu items listed
   Actual: 'Table' and 'Help' are missing (but Help is 
           available in Help contents)
