Tested with the latest beta.

Here's what I did to test:

Made a new spreadsheet. Created four cells in a single column containing 'A',
'B', 'C', 'D'.

Tried to rearrange the cells with a single mouse action to be in the order A C
B D, ie drag cell B to sit after cell D.

This does not appear to be possible -- or at least, I tried every key
combination I could think of.
