document with problem on first picture (magnet should be radial)

to reproduce problem, open document from attachment
in LibO 3.3.4. no problem (magnets on first picture are radial)
in LibO 3.4.3 and 3.5.0 beta 2 problem exists (magnets on become vertical)
Therefore it is regression since 3.3.4

reproduced on LibO 3.4.3 and 3.5.0 beta 2 on Fedora 64 bit and Windows XP 32
bit
