I select a circle in "LO draw" and create it in my sheet. If I now change the
circle's size with grabbing the side point with the mouse, I am also able to
change the size ratio so that the circle becomes an ellipse. Selecting the
checkbox in circle's preferences to keep the size ratio doesn't help. Seems
only to take effect for setting the size in the field but not for changing the
size with the mouse.
