hi,
this is known, due to a change of the encryption.
3.4.5 can handle the files from 3.5.0
must have a look for the info, somewhere.
have not been able to add it properly to release notes.
Also see Bug 40006 - default ODF encryption etc algorithms changed, so
encrypted/protected documents from master cannot be opened in <= 3.4.X

I change the subject of this issue.
Will work on proper info this weekend - I hope
