Internet Explorer error message (note that the error message is displayed in
spanish because I am working in South America)

Problem description: 

When using Internet Explorar you cannot download templates. It displays an
error message saying unable to display XML pages

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to LibreOffice template website
2. Try to download a template (for example:
http://templates.libreoffice.org/template-center/personal-budget-template)
3. ....

Current behavior:

Internet explorar displays an error message saying unable to show XML pages
(see attached screenshot)

There is a workround. See:
http://templates.libreoffice.org/template-center/personal-budget-template

Expected behavior:

One should be able to download templates using Internet Explorer without a
workaround
