Thanks for filing the bug :)

I should mention that you can "workaround" the issue by clicking again in the
formula input right before clicking on the target cell.

By all effect the bug seems to behave as if focus is lost when switching to a
different sheet.

Only happens with the first 2 columns starting (and including) the one where
the window freeze originates.
