On screenshot of msPowerPoint (placed on 2-th slide of first attachment) we see
blue contour around characters. In Impress (second attachment) we see no such
contour.

It is important because msPowerPoint's users often place text on background of
the same colour. They counting on that fact that with contour this text will
looking perfectly. But in Impress it not seen at all.
