How do you want to create this listfields? 
The only behaviour of an automatic wizard could be: Set the key of the second
table the second SQL-value and the first field of the table, which isn't the
key, as the shown value in the listfields.But the first thin, that must be done
by everybody, who wants to have such a function: The ralationships between the
tables must be declared.
I have set the Importance to "enhancement" and the status to "needinfo".
