rows to repeat in print

When printing with print ranges n lines header, an error occurs from the second
page: Only the n-th row is printed. Also occurs in version 3.5.4.


Ao imprimir com intervalos de impressão n linhas de cabeçalho, um erro ocorre a
partir da segunda página: somente a n-ésima linha é impressa. Também ocorre na
versão 3.5.4
