This font has only regular version. Bold variant is synthesized.
If you want sustainable results, try to avoid such transformations until you do
it for artistic effect and convert result to curves.

You probably would be able to reproduce it with any other font which doesn't
have variants. On linux it could be 'URW Chancery' (only medium italic
version).
