It seems not reproducible so I'll put RESOLVED/WORKSFORME.

If it happens again, try the "raw method" :
- uninstall LO
- remove/backup your LO profile
(http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile)
- clean your Windows registry (with a free tool like ccleaner)
- install again

If it doesn't work, you can reopen this tracker or create a new one then
describe precisely the steps (to the minimum) to reproduce the problem.
