Hello

I did the following:
- Tryed on a second Kubuntu 12.4 with KDE (Plattform-Version 4.8.3 
(4.8.3) ): The error occures on both systems
- Tryed with Gnome DT: problem does not appear
- Tryed with LibreOffice's own dialog settings: problem does not appear

I conclude that the problem appears only with the KDE dialog.
Work-around: go to Extras -> options -> LibreOffice -> general settings 
... and set checkmark under "open/save dialogs"

The bug exists, but can be circumvented by changing the options.
