Unfortunately your step by step instruction ends where it becomes interesting.
"Open any help Topics" is not useful I can't see whether LOCALHELP doesn't work
at all or whether it appears, but then all links lead to WIKIHELP. Please
contribute a detailled example and modify Summary line if necessary

If possible: can you check what happens after you have activated JRE6?
