             Bug #: 52149
Summary: EDITING: Autocompleting while entering data into cells
make easy to enter wrong data
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 3.5.5.3 release
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Spreadsheet
        AssignedTo: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
        ReportedBy: nipatriknilsson at gmail.com

If I enter into A1: "abcd"

In A2 I want "ab", but a suggestion is made to enter "abcd".

Entering "enter" after "ab" selects "abcd".

While typing values from a paper into a spreadsheet, it is with annoyance I
find these suggestions. Many times I have got wrong values into cells.

I want a way to disable this autocomplete.
