[Reproducible] with reporter's sample and "LibreOffice  3.5.5.3.  German
UI/Locale [Build-ID: 7122e39-92ed229-498d286-15e43b4-d70da21] on German WIN7
Home Premium (64bit).

With very simple own documents I can't reproduce the problem, but more complex
ones (several TABs, Tet, numbers, links show the effect when I save the
document from 3.5.5.3. I get back normal size when I open and save with 3.5.1

Currently I do not know what exactly causes the problem and where the problem
started.

This one might be related to or DUP of "Bug 51200 - Saving xls files originally
created in Excel 2003 causes considerable increase of file size"
