This is a problem for me too. 3.6rc1 in Ubuntu

If the "Error Category" of the error bars is "percent", then the chart pasted
into Writer will show no error bars. Their percent will be reduced to 0.

These broken error bars are especially problematic when their size comes from a
Data Range, as there seems to be no way to manually fix the mistake in Writer.
