I also often observe reported problem, but for me it always vanishes when I am
going to decide to submit a bug :-/
Currently everything works fine for me with SeaMonkey 2.11 on WIN 7

We should use IRC channel #tdf-infra to contact infrastructure immediately when
Problem is visible, may be they can find out what happens.
