Sorry for all these posts, but I keep learning ;-):

I have finally managed to reproduce bug 51686 -- after installing RightZoom, I
can crash LibO 3.5.5.3 reliably by following the description in bug 51686.
Caution: I can’t swear that bug 51686 is identical with this (present) issue,
but at least the crash log looks promisingly: Thread 0 which crashed references
  ... ValueSetAcc::getAccessibleAtPoint()
  ... com::sun::star::accessibility::XAccessibleContext
  ... AquaA11yWrapper accessibilityHitTest:
  ... NSApplication(NSApplicationAccessibility) accessibilityHitTest

So please either try this yourself (just install RightZoom, activate it, and
add LibO to the list of allowed applications -- and LibO crashes like a charm
;-),
or upload your debug build and give me a link.
