Test Kit

Of course I can't decide whether it's not an ppt import problem, but currently
I can reduce the problem to a WMF rendering problem.

I extracted 2 WMF from the unzipped sample document. 

A new Presentation with the 2 .wmf in test kit shows exactly reporter's problem
in SLIDESHOW mode, look fine when in slide edit mode.

@Thorsten:
If you think it's a ppt import problem please let me know, reporter allows to
use the source .ppt document for bugfix use
