I have uploaded two attachements after trying LibreOffice v3.6.0.2 on MacOSX.
The bullet point display on screen is still incorrect for imported doc and docx
files.
However, if from LibreOffice a pdf of the file is exported the bullet points
are correct.

I have just uploaded the docx examples:
