All the borders on this sheet were 0.05pt in earlier versions. They now display
like this in 3.5.5.3

The formatting of cell borders in spreadsheets created in earlier versions is
now inconsistent when opened in 3.5.5.3. Some 0.05 pt borders display as 1.0pt
borders within the same worksheet, others display correctly. They can be
reformatted to 0.05 and saved, they then display correctly.
