Differences in comments, border color, border thickness

As shown in attachment LO shows file differently then Excel 2010.

1. It adds colored borders which don't exist in Excel. Same borders you get on
certain cells when you click on formula in formula bar and it highlight cells
which are relevant to formula.

2. Border thickness is different then in Excel.

3. LO shows comments which aren't avaiable in Excel.
