This group currently is dead. We should close that (it's embarrassing) or have
a maintainer who posts all important news an at least 1 "Interesting Article"
per week.

Required Skills: Native German speaker, sufficient English so that his LibO
knowledge is up  to date, good contact to LibO Marketing, XING account, IMHO
TDF member.
