This will be fixed in 3-7. The menu and dialogs in 3-6 are only a temporary
solution because there was not enough time to implement the full proposal from
the ux team. I'll implement the remaining parts and then the menu entry
Conditional Formatting... will vanish and there will be three independent
entries Condition..., Color Scale... and Data Bar...
