Bug #: 52617
Summary: LibO FILEOPEN / FILESAVE 'Up one Level' icon:
distinction direct up of show pulldown does not work
Classification: Unclassified
Product: LibreOffice
Version: 3.7.0.0.alpha0+ Master
Platform: Other
OS/Version: Windows (All)
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: medium
Component: UI
AssignedTo: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
ReportedBy: LibreOffice at bielefeldundbuss.de
During my tests for "Bug 52616 - FILESAVE dialog icon does not allow 'Up one
Level', always opens folder selector" I found that in File open LibO Dialog the
'Up' Iocon does not work correctly.
Steps how to reproduce with parallel installation of Master "LOdev "
3.7.0.0.alpha0+ - WIN7 Home Premium (64bit) ENGLISH UI [Build ID: 66e4540]"
(tinderbox:Win-x86 at 6, pull time 2012-07-26 02:09:47)
1. open new CALC document from Start center
2. Menu 'File -> Open'
Dialog opens, shows a current folder like "C:\Users\user\Documents"
3. Click icon 'Up one level'
As expected simply current folder changes 1 level up to "C:\Users\user\"
4. click little green down triangle in top right icon corner
Expected: Pulldown with folder appears (as it does when you long clikc
on Icon)
Actual: simply current folder changes 1 level up
I found no dialog where this little triangle did anything.
