Thank you very much for adding the file to your Dropbox -- a very good idea! I
have successully downloaded the file. Now I will inspect the data inside it and
try to find the item which was responsible for the problems with the "Styles
and Formatting" window. This may take some time. As soon as I get some results,
I will let you know and add a comment here.
