I can confirm this. Updated to 3.5 yesterday a few hours before I needed to
give a short presentation and had "empty" slides with the projector. The
presentation was an "old" one, done using a previous version of
libreoffice/openoffice. I have a mac as well. The quick but undesirable
workaround was to convert the slides to pdf and present them with acrobat.
