If anyone uses Calc with tens of thousands of rows like I do, they would agree
this is a bug. Because the old behavior has been the behavior since I
remembered it using OOO v1.x until LibO v3.3x. If the old behavior was a bug,
then it would have been a bug for the past decade. I also don't understand why
a superior function is dropped in favor to be compatible to an inferior
software. Please bring the BUG back.
