DOC file that imports incorrectly

This is a simple Word document in German. Some non-ascii characters with
diacritics are imported incorrectly.

Abiword imports the file correctly. Compare the two screenshots.

LibreOffice 3.4.2 OOO340m1 (Build:1206) on openSUSE, but the same bug can be
reproduced with OpenOffice.org 3.2 in Debian.
