I also removed c:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice and during the
first start LO crashed without a windows error dialog. After this LO started
fine... since I've got another system with this problem I'll try to figure out
which file inside the deleted folder is causing the crash. I'll report back
later.
