I actually had to open the file (which was originally an xlsx file) with
LibreOffice... remove some data from it that should not be public then saved it
with LibreOffice still as an xlsx file before uploading it.  Should LibreOffice
save the in a damaged way?  I would like to post the original file however
there is no way to maintain privacy in this bug reporting system.
