Such functionality exist in InkScape. May be assign shortcuts as there for
users not re-learn shortcuts?

Meanwhile, enable experimental functionality in settings, record Basic macros
for this. Use Tools->Macros->Record macro.
Then assign produced macros to shortcuts. Use Tools->Customize, tab "Keyboard",
category "LibreOffice macros"
