=TIME(...) returns (expectet_result modulo 1 ) instead of expectet result,
for Example: =TIME(36;0;0) returns 12:00:00 in Format [hh]:mm:ss or 0.5 in
Numberformat.
Testet on Linux with L03.5 and L03.5.1
