Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. N12 and O12 - number value
2. =if ((N12-O12)>0;N12-O12;CHAR(32))
3. polish version =JEŻELI((N12-O12)>0;N12-O12;ZNAK(32))
4. this bu is happen in versions above 3.3.3

Current behavior:

when (N12-O12)<0, calc return me #ARG!

Expected behavior:

empty cell (with white space)

Platform (if different from the browser): 

Windows Vista, XP, 7.
