             Bug #: 49460
Summary: FORMATTNG/UI Automatic date conversion leap year bug.
    Classification: Unclassified
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: LibO 3.4.4 release
          Platform: x86-64 (AMD64)
        OS/Version: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: medium
         Component: Spreadsheet
        AssignedTo: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
        ReportedBy: jyry.suvilehto at gmail.com

I enter 2 dates in a new document, the first one is 3.5. which automatically
gets converted to 03/05/12 as per locale settings. When I enter 29.2. that is
not converted even though 29/2/12 is a valid date.

I assume that the system that checks whether or not a datum should be converted
into dates is not leap-year aware.
