For the test, Could you try by disabling/removing lo-menubar ? (heard about
some problems with it some weeks ago but perhaps it's not linked)

Could you try by disabling all the extensions you have ?

BTW : did you try with a brand new LO profile (see
http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile) ?
