Ah, ok, I guessed that you produced this file yourself with MS-Word.

I do not know if it is possible to convert this PDF 1.6 file to PDF/A-1a. My
question was motivated by the fact that PDF 1.6 is, AFAIK, not the standardized
PDF format.
