example files for referencing problem

I have created an example master document and two documents that are included
with links into the master. Each include has one table number and a reference
to it. The refs are fine directly after adding the sections, they get saved
correctly, and without updating the links on reopening, they are still fine. 

However as soon as I select "update all", both references get "Error: Reference
source not found". Note, that this problem does not occurr when having only one
include.
