Yes, I have 2 files with that name in
C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\3\user\extensions\bundled\registry\com.sun.star.comp.deployment.configuration.PackageRegistryBackend\lu5thqh.tmp

C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\LibreOffice\3\user\extensions\bundled\registry\com.sun.star.comp.deployment.configuration.PackageRegistryBackend\lu5mowz.tmp

Only first one has that heading text.

Also some other .xcu in that area contain such a heading with ban from
modifying header. What ever tht might mean.
