Problem description: 

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open existing Calc document with dead external links
2. When told the links are dead, press OK
3. Go Edit>Links>Break links

Current behavior: It appears to break link...but links reappear when the
spreadsheet is next opened again.

Expected behavior: Links should stay deleted!
