Hello,
I unlocked the situation by following the first advice of Stuart. Indeed the
graphics card was double and dynamically changed status. This is probably what
did not work?
Indeed, I have only followed the support on
https://support.hp.com/en-us/document/c02948560 I went into the bios and
reversed the setting of the graphics card from "dynamic "To" Fixed ". When
restarting, LibreOffice 6.0 was working !!!
Here, I found information on this type of interchangeable card:
https://support.hp.com/en-us/document/c02895711

However, as the computer was heating up and turning on the fan too quickly, I
continued to follow the advice and upgraded the Radeon 6700M. Now everything is
perfect. Out of curiosity, I tried to install LibreOffice 5.3.4 and there
SURPRISE: it also worked !!!

Conclusion, I wonder if my case corresponds to the general problem? Because in
fact, it was enough to change the setting of the graphics card (from dynamics
to Fixed) to solve the problem. What a pity that I did not try to run LO 5.3.4
before installing the update of the Radeon card ... I could have known if the
original problem could have been solved just by switching from Dynamic to fixed
via the BIOS.

Thank you all.
Philippe
