Description:
When adding a row or column (or cell), added cells always assume attributes
from the row above (or the left). 
Instead, logically, the attributes should be assumed from the selected cell(s).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. select cell(s), row, column
2. click on one of the add functions 
3. inserted cell(s), row, column assumes attributes from its above or left 

Actual Results:  
Attributes as described

Expected Results:
Inserted cell(s), row(s), column(s) should assume attributes from selected
component(s)


Reproducible: Always
