19 comments with different ideas, that's what devs love to read ;-)

Will change it to 

"Text delimiter" -> "String delimiter:"
"Quoted field as text" -> "Format quoted field as text"

"Text delimiter:" -> "String delimiter:"

...to refrain l10n team from unnecessary work.
