Is this serious enough to escalate Importance to major? Most Windows users
meeting this problem will likely not be able to solve it on their own.

While a solution is being discussed, I suggest placing a prominent note on the
Windows download page on the requirement. Those who rather not deal with this
issue on their own should go for the Still version for now.
