As we dont default to fully open the sidebar in writer, i'm not sure that it
should be done in writer master document, though if it is done by default, yes
the navigator floating window would be disabled by default and the sidebar
should default to show the navigator deck.

@Cor, @Stuart, @Sophie, @Regina: what do you guys think?
