Description:
Hello.
I no longer see any text for the commands. Every commands are empty.
They all disappeared.
I uninstalled and reinstalled different versions of LibreOffice but this never
works.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start LibreOffice Base

Actual Results:  
No text

Expected Results:
I an waiting to see the text of the menus
