This is unusual situation and it's unlikely that someone else will reproduce
it. 
Key to solving the issue is to be reproducible. I'm referring to the crash
cause, not to the workaround. 
So, we can only ask you to:
- download again LO from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/ and try
to install
- download LO master from https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/ and
try to install (it's separate and can be uninstalled) to see if there's an
issue 
Please install both with and without AV running.
