Thank you very much, interesting contribution but ... I updated the driver for
my Intel (R) HD Graphics 620 today and installed all the Windows 10 updates. I
have unchecked OpenGL. The icons still fail.

I will experiment with different operating systems with VirtualBox, I suspect
that some icon extension recently used by developers is not compatible with
Windows or Intel. The strange thing is that it does not happen with any other
program or with the previous version of LibreOffice (6.0.6)

I clarify that it is a computer of recent acquisition so the problem could
arise in current computers although I really do not find much logic. I have
also observed problems in the icons of other LibreOffice styles incorporated in
the new version 6.1.0.3.
